A "Roquefort" inspired vegan blue cheeze crafted from cashew nuts and artisan produced in small batches with a maturation time of up to 5 to 8 weeks. The product is made using the traditional process of fermentation using gut friendly live cultures. We use no artificial additives or preservatives.

Smooth, creamy and spreadable with a piquant kick it is perfect on crackers or added to casseroles, stews and pizzas to create that rich, savoury, umami taste.
Ingredients: Cashew nuts, filtered water, coconut oil, sea salt, probiotics (vegan), penicillium (vegan). Allergens in bold.
Although all of the ingredients are gluten free, this product is made in a kitchen that handles wheat. soya, gluten, mustard. This product is not suitable for the very young, pregnant, elderly, or those with compromised immune systems.
